The 1791 Gunleather Optic Ready Paddle OWB holster is a right-hand outside-the-waistband holster for compact pistols, built from black leather with a matte finish. It is designed to carry a handgun with a mounted optic, using an optic-ready cutout in the holster body.

The holster uses a paddle mount and a multi-fit design intended for compact models including the Glock 43, Glock 43X, 1911 Officer, Kahr K9, Kimber Micro 380 and 9, Ruger LC9, Sig P238 and Sig P365. A sweat guard protects the wearer from the firearm and shields exposed controls such as manual safeties and de-cockers. The holster also features an FBI forward cant.
