Description
The A-Zoom Action Proving Snap Cap in 38 Special is a blue aluminum dummy round designed for safety training, function testing, and safely decocking a revolver without striking the firing pin against a live primer. It is intended for use with 38 Special revolvers.
Each round is precision CNC machined from solid aluminum to match standard cartridge dimensions. The body is hard anodized, which the manufacturer describes as providing smooth functioning and long service life. The blue finish distinguishes these dummy rounds from live ammunition.
