The chassis incorporates 4140 steel anti-walk trigger pins, providing stability and security during operation. The A3 Tactical ambidextrous selector, complete with a detent spring and detent, offers seamless control for both left and right-handed users. The front trigger linkage, also made from 17-4 stainless steel with QPQ coating, ensures smooth and consistent trigger pull. For optimal performance, the chassis includes a 7075 aluminum transfer bar and rear linkage, supported by 841 oil-embedded bronze bushings. The Acetal Delrin guide and trigger actuator contribute to the chassis's precision and responsiveness. The main chassis housing is constructed from 30% fiber-reinforced injection molded Zytel polymer, providing a lightweight yet sturdy foundation. The rifle-specific features include a 1.5 inches extended butt-plate made from 30% fiber-reinforced injection molded material, a 6061 rear threaded buffer adapter and a 6061 rear butt-plate. The injection molded elastomer butt-pad and cheek rest ensure comfort during extended use. The chassis is equipped with multiple 4140 quick disconnect (QD) sockets for versatile sling attachment options. The mag release system is enhanced with a 4140 steel mag release, a 7075 extended right-side mag release button and a 7075 left-sided mag release lever for efficient magazine changes. Additional features include an injection molded Zytel polymer front trigger housing cap, a rear butt-plate support and a rear cap with a 4140 quick disconnect sling socket for the pistol configuration. The 4140 ball detent takedown pins ensure secure assembly and disassembly. The A3T XENO-patterned reduced angle polymer grip, made from 30% fiber-reinforced Zytel, offers ergonomic handling.
