Description
The ATI X2 Recoil Reducing Pistol Grip is a replacement grip for AR-15 rifles. It is designed to reduce felt recoil and muzzle lift by absorbing the initial shock wave of each shot, and its built-in backstrap fills out the grip to cushion the hand through the web of the thumb.
The grip is molded from DuPont Zytel polymer and has a black, textured finish. Its vertical grip angle and finger elevation contour are intended to position the index finger on the trigger and let the shooter keep the elbow tight to the body, including with body armor or a fully collapsed adjustable stock.
The grip installs without a pistol grip screw, which is not included, and is listed as scratchproof and weatherproof.
