This product comes with 5 shims to properly time the gas tube with the upper receiver. Includes: M5E1 Handguard Barrel Nut Shim Pack (5 shims) Features: Material: Machined from 1144 StressproofA(R) Steel Coating: QPQ/Melonite Torque to 65 ft lbs with a standard AR15 armorer's wrench Weights: 5.4oz Please Note: If you intend to connect an Aero Precision Handguard to a standard threaded upper receiver, you will need a M5E1 Handguard Barrel Nut.
