Yes, the Lahar-30 has no minimum barrel length requirements. Can I shoot .22LR, short, or magnum through the Lahar-30? No, this will result in drastically accelerated fouling and a reduction in sound performance. Can I mount the Lahar-30 to my AK47/AKM derivative? Yes. BUT you should first ensure that your muzzle threads are concentric. AK47/AKM barrels are notoriously non-concentric and may cause a baffle strike. Will the Lahar-30 work well on my 5.56/.223 rifle?
