AGM UNVG-51 3AW1 Night Vision Goggles 1x Gen 3 51 Degree FOV

AGM UNVG-51 Features The AGM UNVG-51 is built around dual-channel night vision giving the operator the option of true binocular depth perception in low light rather than relying on a single tube. Its 51 degree field of view is notably wider than many standard night vision systems improving situational awareness as the user scans an area. Multi-coated optics across both channels maximize light transmission helping maintain image clarity even in near-total darkness. A Gen 2+ or Gen 3 Auto-Gated White Phosphor image intensifier tube can be fitted depending on the operator s performance needs and budget making the platform adaptable rather than fixed to a single tube generation. Manual gain control lets the user fine-tune image brightness as ambient light shifts keeping the picture usable instead of washed out or too dark. The independent movement of each tube pod allows single or dual eye configurations and each tube automatically shuts off when its pod is rotated sideways to conserve battery and protect the tube. Running on a single AA battery the unit operates up to 15 hours while the included external battery pack extends that run time to a full 50 hours. An integral infrared illuminator supports close-range reading tasks in total darkness and the goggles mount to either a standard dovetail headset or helmet mount rounding out a field-ready package that includes a carrying case demist shields and spare sacrificial windows.
