AGM Comanche-40ER Features The AGM Comanche-40ER is built as a night vision clip-on mounting in front of an existing day scope rather than replacing it which means a shooter keeps their zero and familiar reticle while gaining night capability. It attaches to a standard Weaver or Picatinny rail and works with day scopes up to 10x magnification giving it broad compatibility across many existing rifle setups. No re-zeroing is required after mounting which saves valuable time when switching between day and night use in the field. This clip-on configuration delivers target engagement out to 1000 yards a range well suited to long-distance nighttime shooting. A Gen 2+ Level 1 image intensifier tube powers the system delivering a 9 degree field of view and a resolution of 51 to 64 lp/mm for a clear usable night image. The unit runs on CR123A or AA batteries for up to 40 hours of operation giving extended use in the field without frequent battery swaps.
