The Sidewinder is AGM's premium handheld observational thermal monocular series. All models come equipped with either a 384A-288 twelve micron infrared detector and a 1024A-768 OLED display, for improved color rendering. The Sidewinder thermal sensors also come equipped with the most sensitive temperature ratings in its class, coming in at sub-20 millikelvin across the entire product family. Other improvements over the Taipan monoculars include a more robust body/housing and a removable, rechargeable 18650 battery.
