The two belt loops on the rear of the case are spaced to set the 616 on either side of your pants belt loop so it does not move around your waist. It is designed to accommodate belts up to 1-3/4" and close with secure solid brass one-way snaps. Size 0 fits one single stack 9mm or .380 mags such as for the Glock 43. Size 1 fits one single stack .45 ACP magazines such as for most 1911's and the Sig Sauer P220. Size 2 fits one double stack 9mm magazine such as for the Beretta 92 and Sig Sauer P229.
