Alex Pro Firearms Volunteer Features The Volunteer is built on an AR-15 style platform with a 14.5 pinned and welded barrel that keeps the overall profile compact while maintaining legal rifle configuration fitted with a 3-prong flash hider to reduce muzzle flash during rapid fire. For shooters who need a compact reliable 5.56 AR-15 style rifle with a familiar manual of arms the Volunteer delivers dependable performance in a shorter profile. The M-LOK handguard provides ample space for lights lasers and other accessories while the Magpul stock and grip round out an ergonomic comfortable build suited to extended range sessions or field use. The optic-ready flat-top receiver gives shooters a clean mounting surface for their preferred sighting system without additional adapters or modifications. The Desert Sand Cerakote finish covers the entire platform with a durable corrosion-resistant coating that provides a distinctive custom appearance.
