Description
The Allen ULTRX Shield Passive earmuffs are over-the-head hearing protection built for shooters exposed to repeated loud reports at the range or in the field. Their passive design reduces noise without electronics, so there are no batteries to manage.
The muffs carry a Noise Reduction Rating of 23 dB and are stated to meet both ANSI S3.19 and CE EN352-2 standards. The slim ear cups sit closer to the head than traditional muffs, which can reduce interference when shouldering a rifle or shotgun. A padded headband spreads pressure across the top of the head, and the rubberized exterior improves grip with gloves or wet hands. The muffs come in navy.
