Description
The American Defense AD-509T is a quick release optic mount built for the Holosun 509T red dot sight. It is intended for AR pistols and other platforms that use a small, lightweight red dot system, and it mounts to a Picatinny rail.
The mount is machined as a one-piece unit from 6061 T6 aluminum and has a black hard coat Type III anodized finish. Its co-witness height positions the Holosun 509T to align with the host's iron sights. The QD Auto Lock Lever is designed to fit both in-spec and out-of-spec Picatinny rails, and the optic and mount can be removed and reattached while returning to zero.
