Description
The American Defense AD-1700 is a quick detach riser mount for Picatinny rails, designed to raise an optic by 0.60 inch. It is intended for AR-style rifles and tactical platforms and is suited to both competition and recreational shooting.
The mount is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum with a black hard coat anodized finish and measures 5.5 inches overall. Its quick detach lever can be configured to lock toward the front or rear of the mount, and adjustments are made without special tools, using a finger or a flat-blade screwdriver.
The AD-1700 fits in-spec and out-of-spec Picatinny rails. Its rail length leaves room for mounting a range of optics or accessories.
