Description
The American Defense UIC-MOD-2 is a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle chambered in .223 Wylde, built around ambidextrous controls for the bolt catch and magazine release. The bolt catch, magazine release and charging handle can be operated from either side of the rifle without breaking the firing grip, which suits shooters who need quick reloads and malfunction clearance.
The rifle has a 14.5-inch barrel, pinned and welded to a 16-inch overall length, with a flash hider. It uses a Geissele G2S trigger, a 1:8 twist, a free-float M-LOK handguard, Magpul MOE grip and MOE-SL stock, and a nitride-finished bolt carrier group. The finish is black anodized and the magazine capacity is 30 rounds.
One 30-round magazine is included.
