Antler King Turnips Seed 1 lb Bag 1/8 Acre

Antler King Turnips Features Antler King Turnips is formulated to establish quickly and thrive in a wide range of soil conditions with an ideal pH range between 6.0 and 7.0 for best results. Seeds should be planted a half inch deep or less allowing the small seed to germinate reliably without being buried too far below the surface. The 1 pound bag is sized to cover roughly 1/5 of an acre making it easy for hunters managing smaller food plots to plant the right amount. This straightforward planting process makes Turnips an accessible option for hunters without heavy farming equipment. The two stage growth pattern of this variety gives hunters extended food plot value across the season. Early on deer feed heavily on the leafy turnip greens above ground which draws animals into the plot during the early season. As temperatures drop the plant s energy shifts into the bulb itself creating a high energy food source that becomes especially attractive later in the year. This staggered feeding pattern helps keep a food plot productive from early season scouting through the late season hunt.
