Apex Tactical Specialties Action Enhancement Polymer Trigger plus Duty Carry Kit for S&W M&P M2.0 S&W M&P 45 Black. The rounded face of the trigger provides a smooth comfortable surface for the shooters finger while firing. The trigger also reduces pre-travel and over-travel from the factory trigger. The Apex Duty/Carry Kit is engineered to provide the Smith and Wesson M&P M2.0 (and M&P 45) pistol owner with a smooth consistent 5.0 to 5.5 lbs. trigger pull with the advantages of shorter over-travel and shortened trigger reset. All of the components work together to provide a pull weight within the acceptable range for a top end service pistol. The kit itself is designed to be drop-in and should not require further gunsmithing however armorer or gunsmith installation is recommended. Does NOT function with the Apex Forward Set Sear and Trigger Kits In the M&P 45 (this does not apply to the M2.0) you may need to make an adjustment to the trigger bar loop for proper function. This kit REQUIRES the use of the larger 1/8 inch sear spring and plunger set up. If your M&P has a 1/16th inch diameter sear plunger and spring we strongly advise you upgrade to a new style sear housing block before installing this product. All function and reliability testing was done with a 1/8 inch sear plunger and spring therefore we cannot guarantee proper function without the appropriate size sear plunger and spring.
