AR-STONER Tunable Muzzle Brake Nitride

The AR-STONER Tunable Muzzle Brake is specifically designed to minimize recoil and reduce muzzle rise/flip. With the adjustability of having set screws, each rifle and user can maximize the brakes functionality to its full potential. To ensure proper installation, use all the hardware provided with the muzzle brake:Muzzle brakeCrush washerGas port adjustment screws x 5Thread locker Installation steps:1. Install muzzle brake onto prospective barrel with provided crush washer without the gas port adjustment screws.2. Test fire approximately 10 rounds to establish a muzzle rise / recoil control3. Fully seat screws as needed until desired reduction of muzzle rise / recoil results are achieved.4. Record the number of screws used and its prospective location and remove the set screws for cleaning.5. Proceed to clean the threaded ports and screws, removing all carbon/lead build up.
