Aramberri ~ SLE Side by Side ~ 12 Gauge

The Aramberri SLE is a Spanish-made side-by-side shotgun, notable for its robust build, classic Eibar craftsmanship, and historical connection to the Aramberri family's mid‑20th‑century gunmaking tradition. Aramberri shotguns were produced by Hijos de V. Aramberri y Cía., S.A. in Eibar, Spain, a town renowned for its firearms industry. The company was active from the mid‑1900s until the late 1970s, when it ceased operations and its designs were absorbed by other Spanish makers. The SLE model is a side‑by‑side (SxS) variant, often chambered in 12 gauge, and was popular for upland game and waterfowl hunting. They were valued for sturdy construction, reliability, and affordability, making them a favorite among hunters and collectors. The brand closed in 1972, and later Aramberri designs were re‑issued under other names. The Aramberri SLE is a classic Spanish side‑by‑side shotgun with a blend of practical design and historical charm. This example is in good shape but it does have cracks behind the receiver on each side of the stock.
