Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and secure them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are meticulously torqued to precise specifications using custom spacers, which allow for optimal grip on the optic. After assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our world-class machining centers, ensuring precision and perfect alignment.
