Area 419 Zero M-Series Sizing Die Features The Area 419 Zero M-Series sizing die uses micrometer adjustable headspace and shoulder bump control giving reloaders a repeatable precise way to size cases to a specific shoulder setback rather than guessing with trial and error. Precision ground expander mandrels control neck tension with each die shipping with a .002 neck tension mandrel with additional tension increments available through the Area 419 Mandrel Kit. A full-length neck-to-extractor groove sizing design combined with a spring ejection system for spent primers keeps the sizing process smooth and consistent from case to case. Replaceable steel decapping pins mean the die can be serviced rather than replaced when a pin eventually wears or bends. This 1-1/4 inch die requires a Hybrid or 1-1/4 inch turret on a Zero press or other compatible press and it is not compatible with a standard 7/8 inch turret or press. It also requires a larger diameter Zero M-Series shellholder rather than a standard shellholder so reloaders need the matching shellholder to use this die at all. Hydraulic shoulder pressure relief helps prevent the sticky bolt feel some reloaders experience after a case has been fired and resized multiple times.
