Area 419 Zero M-Series Die Sleeve and Mandrel Kit Features The Area 419 Zero M-Series Die Sleeve and Mandrel Kit lets owners of the M-Series Die expand into new calibers without buying a complete additional die. The included sizing sleeve is machined identically to the internal sleeve found in a complete M-Series die so it drops into the existing die body and reproduces the same reamer cut sizing that the M-Series line is built around. A full-length ground mandrel is included as well delivering approximately .002 inches of neck tension matching the tension produced by the mandrel supplied standard in the complete die. An extra decapping pin is also included giving the reloader a spare on hand for continued use without interruption. Machined from 4140 steel the sleeve and mandrel are built to the same tight tolerances that made the original M-Series Die notable among precision reloaders for its micrometer adjustable headspace control. This kit is strictly a replacement sizing insert and requires an existing M-Series die body to function since it contains no die body of its own. For 6mm BR specifically this kit lets dedicated M-Series die owners size cases for that cartridge with the same consistency they already rely on for their other calibers.
