Description
The Arisaka Defense Side Scout is a low-profile light mount for M-LOK handguards. It replaces a stock Picatinny rail adapter and positions a compatible light on the side of the handguard, underneath the rail line, so the light sits off to one side of the firearm.
The mount fits SureFire Scout Light models including the M300 and M600 series, as well as the Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1, 2, and HL-X. It is finished in Flat Dark Earth anodizing. Per the listed installation notes, it requires a 1/8 inch Allen wrench and an IP20 or T20 Torx driver, which are not included. Recommended torque is 30 inch-pounds for M-LOK screws and 20 inch-pounds for light body screws with medium-strength threadlocker.
