The Armaspec AR-15 Firing Pin is a replacement firing pin for AR-15 platform rifles, machined from 17-4 stainless steel. It is intended for shooters replacing a worn or damaged pin, and for builders assembling a bolt carrier group from individual components.
The pin uses 17-4 stainless steel, chosen for strength and corrosion resistance compared with standard carbon steel pins. An H900 heat treatment is applied to increase surface hardness. The silver finish is the natural stainless surface rather than an applied coating.
It installs as a direct fit for AR-15 platform rifles using the same process as the factory component, with no special tools or modifications required.
