Description
The Armaspec ST45 Short Throw is an ambidextrous safety selector for the AR-15 platform. Rather than rotating through a full 90 degrees to reach fire, this selector's fire position sits at roughly 45 degrees, so the operator can flick the lever to disengage the safety.
It is intended for AR-15 and AR-10 lowers that carry the matching 45 degree FIRE markings on the receiver. The selector is finished in Flat Dark Earth and is described as smooth in operation with a crisp lockup. Do not install it on a lower without the 45 degree markings; receivers lacking them should use the FT90 selector instead.
