Astra Cub 22 Short Semi-Auto Pistol 2.25" Barrel

The Astra "Cub" is a Spanish-made, ultra-compact, single-action, blowback-operated semi-automatic pistol first produced by Astra-Unceta y Cía in 1954. Featuring a 2.25-inch barrel, an exposed hammer, a magazine-disconnect safety, and a thumb safety, the Cub was designed as a true "vest pocket pistol." Despite its tiny size, it was praised for its surprising accuracy, smooth handling, and practical ergonomics, making it a popular choice for discreet carry, self-defense, and as a backup gun. Over the years, the Astra Cub has earned a lasting reputation as a charming, reliable, and deceptively capable little firearm, beloved by collectors and enthusiasts alike for its perfect blend of portability, precision, and classic mid-century design. This example comes with one magazine and appears to be in nice condition.
