The Astra Optix Pro A-1 is a budget friendly, versatile range finder ideal for golf, archery hunting, rifle hunting, and target shooting. On reflective targets, the PRO A-1 can ranges up to 800 yards, on trees 500 yards, and on deer 250 yards. Ranges are provided in a 0.3 second and are displayed on an OLED reflective display that’s easily readable in all lighting conditions. The PRO A-1 features Golf Mode that displays the nearest distance value (Golf Flagstick) of a group of targets that are within your field of view. Simply utilize Pin Lock and Slope for accurate ranging with adjusted distance based on the angle of decline to the flagstick. Gun Mode is optimized so that the range displayed will be the farthest distance value of a group of targets that are within your field of view. This mode is very beneficial if you are trying to range a target through trees or other obstructions. Ballistics Mode provides you the information needed to accurately make the shot. This mode provides your elevation hold over in inches or centimeters or the required elevation turret adjustment value in either MOA or MIL. Archery Mode gives you accurate and simple ranging information with ultimate confidence. In Archery Mode, the Horizontal Angle-Corrected Distance provides a true shoot-at distance no matter the terrain or hunting style. This mode is very beneficial when hunting from a tree stand or rigorous up-hill or down-hill terrain.
