Description
The Athlon Optics Helos BTR Gen 2 is a 2-12x42mm first focal plane riflescope built for designated marksman rifle use and for hunters who need precision at short and mid ranges. It supports both dialed and holdover aiming.
The scope uses an illuminated AHMR2 MIL reticle etched on glass, which remains valid at every magnification in the first focal plane design. Its 42mm objective, fully multicoated optics and argon purged, waterproof, fogproof, shockproof body are made from heat treated, one piece 6061 T6 aluminum tube. Turrets include locking adjustments with a precision zero stop. The matte black finish weighs 1.59 lbs and measures 11.8 inches overall in length.
