Italian made Luigi Franchi 12 gauge dual mode shotgun that fires in both semi automatic and pump action. Features a 16" chrome lined smooth bore barrel with a 2.75' chamber. This shotgun is gas operated and built extremely tough and durable. It offers quick follow up shots and easy reloading with its detachable box magazine. Other features include a side folding stock, manual and pistol grip safety and ambidextrous cocking handle. These were originally designed for law enforcement and sporting use and now are a great collectors piece that can be enjoyed for years. It must go to an FFL that holds a Class 3 / SOT license. Call your intended dealer before ordering to make sure they can handle NFA transfers and to ask about their transfer fees. 3  Mistakes: If you order it and realize your local dealer can't accept it, or if you decide to cancel, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. This is a Short-Barreled Shotgun (SBS) and requires additional NFA paperwork including an advance background check through your local Class 3 NFA-Licensed FFL/SOT dealer. This is the same requirement as for purchasing a suppressor, short barreled rifle, AOW (any other weapon) or Machinegun. You must receive approval with a specific Tax Stamp from the ATF before taking possession of the NFA item. Please discuss this with your Class 3 NFA/SOT FFL dealer BEFORE placing the order.
