American Technology Network J-Arm Dovetail Adapter for Odin LT Monocular

American Technology Network J-Arm Features The American Technology Network J-Arm Dovetail Adapter uses a dovetail mount interface to connect the Odin LT thermal imaging monocular to a standard helmet mounting system. Its black anodized aluminum construction is built to resist wear and corrosion so it holds its fit and finish through repeated attachment and removal in the field. The J-Arm geometry positions the monocular out in front of the helmet mount giving the user a stable repeatable eye relief each time the device is attached. This secure platform is what makes hands-free thermal observation practical letting the operator keep both hands free while the Odin LT stays steady in place. At just 0.25 lbs and a compact 5.3 inch length with a 4.7 inch height and width footprint the adapter adds very little weight or bulk to a helmet-mounted setup. That light weight matters directly to the wearer since anything mounted on a helmet affects balance and neck fatigue over long observation periods. The durable easy-to-use design means the Odin LT can be mounted or dismounted quickly without tools or a complicated process. For anyone running the Odin LT monocular who wants to move from handheld to helmet-mounted night vision the American Technology Network J-Arm Dovetail Adapter is the dedicated hardware that makes that transition possible.
