Description
The Ballistic Advantage Premium Series SPR barrel is a replacement barrel for AR-15 platform rifles chambered in 6mm ARC. It is machined from 416R stainless steel and uses an SPR profile intended to balance weight and rigidity while keeping the rifle maneuverable.
The barrel has a 1:7 inch twist rate, an 18 inch length, and a bead blasted finish that gives a matte, non-reflective surface. It is designed for a mid-length gas system, which the product description links to smoother cycling and reduced felt recoil. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 to accept common muzzle devices and suppressors.
