Description
The Ballistic Advantage Premium Series threaded barrel is a 5-inch replacement barrel for the Glock 17 Gen 5, chambered in 9mm Luger. It is intended for shooters who want a direct drop-in upgrade for accuracy and finish, or a threaded muzzle for attaching a suppressor, compensator, or thread protector.
The barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel and finished in black QPQ, which the description cites for corrosion resistance and surface hardness. It is fluted to reduce weight, has a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, and uses a 1:10 twist rate. The listed weight is 3.20 oz. The retailer states bore straightness held to less than .0001 inch of deviation. The barrel ships without sights.
