Banish Devour 6200 Suppressor Cover 9in Black

Banish Devour Suppressor Cover Features The Banish Devour Suppressor Cover is built from ultra-lightweight aramid fabric with an industrial silica-coated non-slip design that stays securely in place through adjustable straps. This construction allows the cover to be installed or removed even while the suppressor is still hot preventing burns and letting the shooter work comfortably from multiple positions. Beyond heat protection the cover helps mitigate optical mirage keeping the sight picture cleaner during extended strings of fire. It also acts as a layer of defense against scratches and dings that accumulate on a suppressor through regular handling and transport. This cover is intended for bolt action rifles and limited firing schedules on semi-automatic firearms with a rated operating temperature ceiling of 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Reaching that temperature typically takes around 20 consecutive rounds on a .308 bolt action rifle or 30 consecutive rounds of 5.56 semi-auto fire so shooters should pace their strings accordingly. It is not intended for high rates of fire such as magazine dumps or use on short barreled rifles chambered in 5.56. Finished in black the Devour cover gives suppressor owners a simple effective way to add comfort and protection during moderate-paced range sessions.
