Barnes VOR-TX 45-70 Government 300gr TSX Flat Nose 20 Rounds

The Barnes VOR-TX 45-70 Government load is a factory hunting cartridge built around the Barnes Triple-Shock X (TSX) bullet, a 300-grain flat nose projectile made entirely of copper with no lead content. Upon impact the bullet expands into four cutting petals, which the manufacturer describes as allowing deeper penetration through bone and tissue, and the bullet typically retains nearly all of its original weight. The load is intended for hunting deer-sized game.

The cartridge is loaded in brass cases and is rated at a muzzle velocity of 1925 feet per second. Each box holds 20 rounds, and each case contains 10 boxes. The ammunition is new production and non-corrosive.
