Description
The Barnes LRX 308 Caliber 208 Grain is a copper, lead-free reloading bullet with a polymer tip and boat tail design, intended for hunting at long range. Its longer ogive and boat tail were designed to raise the ballistic coefficient over the earlier Tipped Triple-Shock X bullet, improving long-range flight performance.
On impact, the polymer tip starts expansion and opens the nose cavity, roughly doubling the bullet's original diameter and forming four cutting petals that cause extensive internal damage. Each box contains 50 bullets, and each case holds 10 boxes, for 500 bullets total. Calibers: 308 Winchester.
