Description
The Battle Arms Development Workhorse 15-inch free-float handguard is a slimline replacement rail for AR-15 and AR-10 mid-length and carbine rifles. It is built to reduce weight while keeping mounting options for accessories.
The handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish and weighs 10.5 ounces. It uses M-LOK attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, with skeletonized sections where M-LOK is not needed. A 1913 MIL-SPEC Picatinny rail runs at the 12 o'clock position, notch cut to match the upper receiver. Its free-float design keeps the barrel separate from the handguard.
