BDS Tactical Modular Medical Pouch Coyote SMDP DT. There is a 5"x5"x1" utility pocket sewn to the front of the pouch has 2 rows of PALS webbing for mounting small BDS Tactical Gear Pouches. The Lid on the front pocket has with loop sewn in for attachment of ID patches. The inside of the pouch has two 5" x 5" flat pockets and a d-ring for dummy cording. There is also 4 rows of elastic for organizing bandages and other medical supplies. On the bottom is a large grommet for excellent drainage in wet environments.
