Beretta Model 71 Caliber .22LR Semi-Automatic Cross Bolt Safety Threaded Barrel Modified With Bead Front Sight 1-8 Round Magazine NRA Rated Good Condition This is the actual firearm pictured. The Beretta 71 .22LR is a semi-automatic fixed barrel open slide blowback operated pistol made in Italy and produced from 1962-1985. This pistol is exactly the same as the model 70 but incorporated an aluminum alloy frame. Marketed as a part of the Jaguar series and used by the Israeli sky marshals and Israeli Mossad operators. This pistol has had the barrel threaded and the front sight replaced with a bead sight. It does have some light holster wear, a few light scratches. NRA rated good condition.  The barrel has been threaded and it needs the barrel crown cleaned up. The front sight was changed to a bead sight. Please do not dry fire this firearm without a snap cap. It will damage the firing pin.
