Description
The Bergara B-14 Ridge is a bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered in .270 Winchester, built on a Remington 700-pattern footprint for hunting use. It is a right-handed rifle with a black synthetic stock and Cerakote finish, and it ships without iron sights, so it is intended to be mounted with an optic.
The 24-inch barrel is threaded 5/8-24 with a thread protector and carries a number 5 taper, with a 1:10 twist rate. The B-14 action pairs with a performance trigger set at 3 pounds and a two-position safety. The rifle weighs 7.9 pounds and measures 44.5 inches overall. The American-style synthetic stock has a SoftTouch finish intended to improve grip in cold or wet conditions.
The hinged floor plate magazine holds 4 rounds in standard .270 Win and 3 rounds in magnum. Scope mounting uses Remington 700 bases.
