Description
The Bergara Premier HMR Pro is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC, built for long-range precision hunting and competition shooting. It has a 26-inch stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 twist rate and a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle, finished in gray Cerakote. The barrel length and overall length of 46 inches reflect its full-size, long-range configuration.
The rifle uses a two-lug bolt action with a floating bolt head, a cone-shaped bolt nose for feeding, and a sliding plate extractor. The bolt components are nitrided. The TriggerTech trigger uses Frictionless Release Technology. The two-position safety allows the bolt handle to remain unlocked in the safe position. The rifle weighs 9.7 pounds and holds 5 rounds in an AICS detachable magazine. It ships without sights.
The synthetic mini-chassis stock has an adjustable cheekpiece and LOP spacers, and is finished in black and gray speckled. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Remington 700-pattern scope mounts. It is right-handed.
