Description
The Bergara B-14 Hunter is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .243 Winchester, built for varmint and medium big-game hunting. It uses a Remington 700-compatible platform with a two-lug action, a Sako-style extractor, and a coned bolt nose and breech for reliable feeding across loads from light varmint bullets to heavier deer projectiles.
The rifle has a 22-inch steel barrel with a 1:10 twist rate and a black Cerakote finish. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, and the rifle weighs 7.05 pounds with an overall length of 41.5 inches. It holds 4 rounds in a hinged floor plate and includes a curved trigger and a thumb safety. The fiberglass-reinforced synthetic stock is designed for weather resistance.
The B-14 Hunter is offered as a right-handed rifle. Its drilled and tapped receiver accepts aftermarket rings and bases for optics.
