Description
The Berger Long Range Hybrid Target is a 6mm, 109 grain reloading bullet designed for precision rifle competition and long-range handloading. It is built with a hollow point boat tail profile and a copper jacket, and is intended for use in the transonic zone as well as at closer distances.
Key ballistic figures include a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.568, a G7 ballistic coefficient of 0.292, and a sectional density of 0.264. The hybrid ogive combines a tangent profile near the bearing surface with a secant shape toward the tip, and the 0.431 inch bearing surface tolerates seating depth variation. Meplat Reduction Technology is used to produce a consistent tip diameter across the batch.
Bullets are packed 500 to a box. The Hybrid Target is compatible with 243 Winchester and other 6mm chamberings, and the required rifling twist rate is 1:8.
