Berger VLD Hunting 7mm .284 180gr Boat Tail Bullets 100 Per Box

The Berger VLD Hunting 7mm .284 180 gr boat tail bullet is a reloading bullet designed for hunting big game. It uses Berger's Secant Very Low Drag (VLD) profile, which pairs a sharp nose with a boat tail to reduce drag in flight.

This bullet is a .284 caliber, 180 grain projectile made of lead and copper with an overall length of 1.51 inches. The raw retailer text describes penetration of two to three inches before expansion, followed by fragmentation of part of the bullet's weight into surrounding tissue, but these performance claims are not independently verified here.

Each box contains 100 bullets for handloading 7mm cartridges.
