Description
Berger VLD Target bullets are 90-grain .224-caliber projectiles intended for handloaders building long-range and precision ammunition. The Secant Very Low Drag design is meant to give a high ballistic coefficient, which reduces wind drift and produces a flatter trajectory than flat-base bullets of the same weight. They are designed primarily for target shooting and are also described as effective on larger varmints.
The bullet is a boat-tail design made from lead and copper, with an overall length of 1.25 inches. This is a box of 100 bullets. It is not loaded ammunition and must be assembled into cartridges by the user.
