The Black Rain Ordnance Spec15 We The People is an AR-15-pattern semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Wylde. It combines an aluminum receiver with a 16-inch barrel, a Picatinny top rail, and Magpul MOE furniture for a practical and adaptable configuration.
