Comstock Armory Compact 9mm Facemount Muzzle Brake - 5/8x24

Comstock Armory Compact 9mm Facemount Muzzle Brake - 5/8x24 The Comstock Armory Compact 9mm Facemount Muzzle Brake (SKU: MBC-58-9-FM) is a specialized suppressor-ready muzzle device designed for 9mm platforms with 5/8x24 threads. It features a unique indexing system specifically for barrels that lack a traditional mounting shoulder. The MBC-58-9-FM is a member of the Plan-B compatible family, designed to interface with the standard .900"-24 mounting system. Facemount Indexing: Specifically engineered for barrels without a 90-degree shoulder. By indexing off the muzzle face, it ensures a square, concentric fit on platforms like the PSA AK-V, IWI Tavor/X95, and SCAR 16. Recoil Mitigation: The compact brake design effectively vents high-pressure gases to reduce felt recoil and muzzle climb. Sacrificial Baffle Protection: Acts as a primary blast baffle when a suppressor is attached, absorbing initial blast energy to significantly reduce wear on the silencer's internal components. Zero-Timing Design: The rotationally symmetric geometry allows for a direct-to-shoulder (or face) installation without the need for shims or crush washers. Durable Build: Precision machined from high-strength 17-4 PH stainless steel with a black nitride finish for heat and corrosion resistance.
