The Medium Profile barrel is your answer. The ODIN Works 16.1" 416R Stainless Steel Medium profile barrel comes chambered in the genius .223 Wylde, so you can feed it a steady diet of both .223 and 5.56 NATO rounds without worrying about pressure differentials. This barrel includes an adjustable gas block & a free intermediate-length gas tube and is designed with an intermediate-length gas system. It comes standard with a medium profile cut to the barrel, M4 feed ramps, 1/2"x28 thread pattern that will fit most AR-15 muzzle devices, and a 1:8" twist rate with button-cut rifling (1:8 twist means the bullet makes one full rotation every 8" inches while inside the barrel). This hand-lapped barrel weighs about 1.95 pounds and comes with a 1" MOA guarantee from the factory.NOTE: 416R is a Crucible brand steel, and it was formulated specifically for barrels.
