VLTOR VC-T1 5.56/.223 Compensator - 1/2-28The Vltor VC-T1 compensator features a tri-port design that redirects gases to effectively mitigate recoil and muzzle movement, thereby reducing movement in your optic or sight picture.The closed bottom of the VC-T1 helps minimize dust, debris, and general ground disturbance. In addition to the side ports, the VC-T1's muzzle face features six vortex cuts that greatly reduce secondary muzzle flash.The VC-T1 is produced in a single operation on a multi-axis live-tool DMG MORI lathe. The bore, threads, and all surface features are cut in a single operation on a single machine, without removing the workpiece. This ensures absolute concentricity and alignment of the features.When pinned and welded, the Vltor VC-T1 is long enough to bring a 14.5" barrel to the legal 16" minimum length.
