With the ability to mount vertically or horizontally on a belt or MOLLE platform its comfortably small with full trauma kit capabilities. Carry it in conjunction with a tourniquet and you can address the number one cause of trauma related death bleeding. Compatible with NANO medical supply refill kits available separately or custom filled depending on department requirements. The MTKN Nano ES is a compact trauma kit with full size capabilities. Designed to hold the same fill levels as the Micro Trauma Kit NOW (currently sold on this page) the Nano ES is available with Essentials PRO and Advanced supplies or without medical supplies.
