The Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap Tourniquet Holder is a MOLLE-mounted carrier for keeping a tourniquet readily accessible on load-bearing gear. It is designed to sit low on a vest, pack, or plate carrier and to hold a tourniquet in place until it is needed.
The holder has a molded plastic base and heavy-duty elastic retention loops. It attaches to MOLLE webbing using three vertical MOLLE loops and is finished in MultiCam camouflage. The elastic loops are sized for NATO-style tourniquets such as the SOF-T and C-A-T and similar tourniquets of comparable size.
